Starter
Gravlax Blini- Home cured salmon served on an oat blini, piped with mustard and chive crème fraîche
Homemade Plum Tomato and Roast Aubergine Soup lightly drizzled with basil oil (v)
Main Courses
Fresh British Roast Turkey accompanied with sage and apricot stuffing and traditional Christmas trimmings
Prime Derbyshire Roast Pork Loin Milanaise; succulent roast pork, topped with a tomato and herb sauce, garnished with julienne of ham and gruyere cheese
Artichoke, Spinach and Chestnut En Croute with port and thyme jus (v)
Portobello Mushroom Dolcelatte topped with pine kernels and served on a bed of tagliatelle infused with
pumpkin and red pepper dressing (v)
Main courses are silver served with a selection of seasonal vegetables, roast and new potatoes
Desserts
Traditional Christmas Pudding flamed and served with brandy sauce (v)
Chocolate, Pear and Ginger Tart served with vanilla cream (v)
Aromatic Fresh Ground Coffee or freshly brewed English tea & chocolates
