History Group Special Speaker

On Wednesday 21st October at 2pm a special visitor is booked to explain to us “What’s in a name?” Dominic Johnson’s previous date last January was postponed due to snow and has been re-planned for this meeting. The History Group meet at Central Methodist Church hall. The facilities in the building are suitable for people with any kind of mobility problems.
The history based Hucknall slideshow at the September meeting entitled “A Walk up Watnall Road” was enjoyed by members and brought many memories back for some of them.
