Weekenders try out the new tram

The brave explorers hacked their way through the jungle path”…..or in Weekender-speak, Doreen Newton, Lindsay Smith, Jean Martin and Sandra Green, after a really good lunch at The Countryman, Kirkby, explored the new tram route to Toton (two hour round trip) then had tea in Jean’s wonderful garden. Out at 12 noon back at 7 pm. Laughs all the way, with Sandra describing landmarks on the way through Lenton and Beeston.
