This group was recently created to provide information for our members on activities that the Arts Council are providing for the people of Ashfield plus any other Art activities that come to our attention. Most of these will be posted on the Hucknall U3A website plus being circulated to all registered e mail addresses of members of the group.
Over the past 4 months there have been heavily subsidised visits to classical music concerts, Yorkshire Sculpture Project, the Mansfield Portrait exhibition, art shows plus a number of local amateur drama performances and recent films all at bargain prices.
If you are personally interested in any cultural activities to broaden your knowledge then you need to be added to the list of registered members in order that I can include you in the circulation . Be aware that these are in the main not organised by Hucknall U3A and you will need to make your own arrangements and bookings with the organiser whose details will be provided with each activity notified.
