Lunch Group March and Future Plans

March 25th saw us at The Hostess at Sookholme, Mansfield when we thoroughly enjoyed a lovely three course meal, so much so that members requested a return visit in the future. It was well worth the longer journey than we normally have. Many thanks also to those drivers who offered lifts to non-drivers. It is very much appreciated. The Drinks Quiz was won by Joyce Burton and Doreen Werle.
Once again our plans for the future are as follows:
April 22nd The Admiral Rodney at Wollaton Village.
May 27th Tree Tops at Mapperley.
June 24th Timmerman’s Garden Centre, Woodborough
July 22nd George’s at The Thorn Tree, Woodlinkin for those who could not go to the last visit here.
July 29th Not George’s at The Thorn Tree, Woodlinkin as reported in last month’s newsletter but
Nottingham Princess Riverboat cruise & lunch (date changed so that we can have the
upper deck). Please note that this is the 5th Wednesday not the 4th, our usual date.
Aug. 26th Hilcote Country Club, South Normanton.
Dec. 16th Albert Hall Christmas Lunch & Dick Whittington panto at Nottingham Playhouse.
