Short Walk for June

The June walk for the short walk group will be 5 miles around the Ironville/Jacksdale area on Thursday 19 June starting at 10.00am
We will meet at the Codnor Park Reservoir car park [OS coordinates 433515].
Look out on the left for the sign post for the car park as the actual turning on the right is not very clear.
The walk takes us along the Cromford Canal before crossing the railway and starting the steep climb up to Castle Lane. Once we leave Castlehill it should be down hill all the way.
For those who would like lunch/refreshment we shall make our way to the Hole in the Wall, which is a carvery, at New Brinsley.
